Training and Support are available Monday through Friday for $90.00 per hour. Our courteous staff can assist you over the phone, by remotely accessing your PC through a secure service over high speed internet, or by appointment at your place of business. We strive to always answer the phone so there are no hold times. If a specialist is not available you will be directed to leave a message which will be promptly returned. Call times are billed in 5 min increments after the first 10 minute minimum. A minimum of one hour of support will be charged along with a $45 minimum travel charge per onsite appointment. If round trip travel time exceeds 60 minutes each additional minute will be billed at .75 cents per minute. Travel expenses such as ferry fees are additional.
Data conversions and data repair will be charged on an hourly basis at $95 per hour in 15 minute increments. Data conversions and Data repair cannot be deducted from a pre-purchased Support & Training package.
Pre-scheduled weekend and holiday support is available for $135.00 per hour. Professional technical, hardware and networking services are available at $95.00 per hour Monday through Friday, and $142.50 per hour for pre-scheduled weekend appointments. Travel time applies for onsite appointments.
We want our clients to be successful, fully utilize features, and get the most out of their new systems. To accomplish this CompuHealth Northwest offers Training & Support Packages with the purchase of software. These pre-paid training & support packages come in 4, 6 or 12 hour quantities at a reduced price. All training & end user software support time spent with a CompuHealth Northwest professional is deducted from your pre-purchased hours. You are free to call us for training or Medisoft user support, take advantage of our remote access assistance, or schedule an onsite appointment to maximize your benefits. You not only have freedom and flexibility, but you also save $15 per hour. Purchase a four hour Training & Support Package for $300, a six hour package for $450, or a twelve hour package for $900. Travel time is charged for onsite appointments.
